- We do not offer full de-matting as it is not humane for the animal. We can de-matt
within reason and tolerance level.
- We want to maintain the safety of your dog and our staff. We reserve the right to
stop services if your dog is exhibiting signs of anxiety or aggression.
- We reserve the right to take pictures of your dog, before and after grooming.
Pictures may be used for social media or advertising.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made 72 hours in advance.
